    1. You may access most areas of the Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of the Website are only open to you if you register.
    2. By accessing any part of the Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted this legal notice in full. If you do not accept this legal notice in full, you must leave the Website immediately.

      3. our status as the author of any material originating from us or posted to the Website by us with the permission of the owner of the copyright in that material (Cause Community Material) on the Website must always be acknowledged and our copyright and trade mark notices (or those of any identified contributor of any Cause Community Material) and this permission notice must appear in all copies.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all Cause Community Material on the Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. These rights are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. For the purposes of this legal notice, any use of extracts from any Cause Community Material on the Website other than in accordance with clause 2.1 for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use the Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts of Cause Community Material from the Website.
    3. Subject to clause 2.1, no part of any Cause Community Material on the Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission

  3. SERVICE ACCESS

    1. While we endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
    2. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

  4. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT

    1. We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant to us that all data provided by you is accurate and constitutes your own original material or that where you are posting entries or extracts thereof which are not your original works you will state this and identify the owner of the copyright on the material being posted or the source of the material.
    2. Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy (which is available on the Website), any material you transmit or post to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We shall have no obligations with respect to such material.

    5. You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).
    6. When using our Website you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.
    7. We shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clauses 4.44, 4.55 and 4.6.

    1. Links to third party websites on the Website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not pre-screen or control them and we are therefore not responsible for these websites or their content or availability.     4. You shall fully indemnify us for any loss or damage suffered by us for breach of clause 5.2.

  6. REGISTRATION

    1. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. You agree to notify us immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your password, other account details or other breach of security. Such notifications may be addressed to admin@causecommunity.org
    2. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.
    3. We have the right to disable any user name and/or password, whether chosen by you or allocated to you by us, at any time and delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the Website, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use or our acceptable use policy.

  7. DISCLAIMER

    1. While we endeavour to ensure that the information on the Website is correct, we do not pre-screen or warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Cause Community Material or other material on the Website. We may make changes to any of the material on the Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on the Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
